Maru Fusté
was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and earned a Bachelor of
Arts in Studio Art from Assumption College in 1991. She also received
education in graphic and web design from Clark University and has
studied at the Worcester Art Museum and the Worcester Center for Crafts.
She has participated and shown work at several art exhibits in the
Worcester community since 1991. She has also participated and sold work
in several auctions for non-profit organizations and won a prize at the
Hispanic Artist's exhibit sponsored by Arts Worcester in 2001. She is
currently a free-lance artist and teaches Visual Arts and Art History.
